Setting Our Foundation

We'll begin with a relaxed conversation, just you and me. This is where you can share your intentions for our time together and ask any questions on your mind. My goal is for you to feel completely informed and ready as we prepare for your unique experience.

Your Guided Breath Journey

Then, I'll gently guide you into a circular breathing rhythm. This is your journey, and I'll be right there, offering supportive cues and inviting you to simply let your body lead the way every step of the way. You'll find a comfortable position, stay fully in control, and allow your breath to guide you for about 30-60 minutes, accompanied by a curated soundscape.

Integration & Gentle Grounding

Following your breathwork, we'll create a dedicated, quiet space for you to simply rest and integrate your experience. There's no rush here. Afterward, we'll gently connect to discuss what arose for you, helping you ground back into your body and feel fully present for what comes next.

This work is for anyone feeling a missing connection, battling burnout, or navigating baffling health issues. It's for those who've tried different treatments and hit resistance, or felt like they were never quite fully seen. Is this approach trauma-aware?

Absolutely. My approach is deeply trauma-informed, built on specialized training. Your comfort, safety, and complete autonomy are always the priority, with no pressure to go beyond what feels right for you.

What happens in a session?

You'll engage in a conscious, connected breathing rhythm for about 30 to 60 minutes, supported by a curated soundscape. You're always in a comfortable position, in full control, and encouraged to listen to your body. After the breathwork, we'll give you plenty of quiet time to rest and integrate, followed by a gentle chat to help you feel grounded.

Where do sessions take place?

We can connect for 1:1 sessions virtually from anywhere, or in-person in Corpus Christi, TX from the comfort of your own space.

Is prior experience required?

Not at all! You'll be gently guided step-by-step. Your comfort and autonomy are central to the entire process, and we'll always encourage you to listen to your body's needs.

The right fit for breathwork can be very personal. We can chat all about it during a complimentary connection call to ensure this approach is right for you.
